Bone Deth have released Josh Delarosa‘s section from their “Too Fast For Food” DVD online for your viewing pleasure! This is one of the crazier sections with a TON of big gaps, roof drops, grinds on things that probably shouldn’t have grinds done on it (from a safety standpoint, haha) on and more! How To Change A Flat Tire On A BMX Bike

Here’s a video showing you step by step how to fix a flat tire on a BMX bike with plenty of tips and examples to help you get it done right. This video, produce by GT Bicycles takes you through everything from the tools to every step from loosening up the nuts to removing the tire, replacing the tube and re-installing your wheel. If you are new to BMX or just need some help, this video showing you how to change a flat tire on a BMX bike is exactly what you need to watch. We would like to also note that some of the steps aren’t always applicable to every BMX bike, like removing brakes if you are brakeless or using a piece of wood to help tension and align the chain if your bike is equipped with chain tensioners for example. Regardless, this will definitely help you fix a flat tire on a BMX bike and get you back to riding in no time.

First Practice at Red Bull Uncontained With Drew Bezanson & Daniel Wedemeijer

Remember Drew Bezanson‘s insane Uncontainable video from a few years back? Well, Red Bull decided to do a contest based around the concept with some insanely large ramps and inviting 14 riders to join Drew and Daniel Wedemeijer to ride the ramps! Here’s a loo at the first few days of practice that gives you a look at the insane ramps and some of the riding and fun these guys are getting into! We’re not exactly sure on the format, but it appears to be a head to head bracket style contest. Either way, with ramps this crazy, we’re sure we’ll see some damn amazing riding. Sacramento Trails

There’s definitely been a bit of an influx of trails edits popping up lately, which has been awesome! Mitchell Trollope sent through this rad video he put together from some of the sessions going down in the woods out in Sacramento! Based on the footage, it looks like the trails have been running great and there’s a real solid scene around the spot. We definitely recommend checking this one out! Anyone who is covered in a blanket of snow is going to be depressed watching this BMX video, though!

Primo – Hobie Doan & Miki Fleck

Primo dropped this new split edit featuring Hobie Doan and Miki Fleck going to work on street spots out in California, dodging crazy ladies along the way. Miki made the trip over from Barcelona, Spain to spend some time cruising with Hobie and it looks like they had no trouble cooking up clips for this new edit. This BMX video definitely delivers.
