Cult have been working with Dakota Roche on an updated version of his signature Dak frame. Here’s a quick promo where Dakota talks a little bit about the changes an we get a look at the updated frame along with some rad riding clips. Definitely one BMX video you won’t want to pass on!

Yesterday, BSD released a preview of a few of their new items they are showing off at Interbike this week — BSD – Interbike 2015 Preview. One of the items that they had in that preview was the new Dan Paley signature Soulja frame that will be available sometime in November or early December. Today they released most of the specs and details for you guys to check out, so let’s talk about the frame a bit and get a closer look!
Colony released this short but sweet promo featuring Alex Hiam to promote the 2016 version of his signature Sweet Tooth frame! This frame is made from 4130 chromoly with a 75.2-degree head tube angle, 71-degree seat tube, 11.5″ bottom bracket height and 13.25″ chain stay length. You can find features like a heat-treated integrated head tube, a gusset on the down tube, a tapered top tube, down tube, seat and chain stays, a heat-treated MID bottom bracket, an extra-wide rear end to fit the 2.40″ tires easily, removable brake mounts, an integrated seat post clamp and 5mm thick heat-treated CNC machined drop outs.
The Sweet Tooth frame comes in top tube lengths of 19.8″, 20.4″ and 20.7″ with color options of gloss black, ED green and Midnight blue and a weight of 5.17 lbs. (20.4″).

Where does time go? Summer has flown by and tomorrow we’ll be hopping on a plane to Las Vegas tomorrow for our 8th round of Interbike to check out all the latest BMX bikes, frames and parts from all of your favorite BMX brands. Thanks to the internet, we’ve been getting previews from a number of brands giving us a taste of what’s to come so we have a decent idea of some of the items we’ll be seeing from a number of the brands. Today we were treated to a gold mine of product that BSD will be displaying between the QBMX booth and Tip Plus suite from their new Westcoaster freecoaster, to the updated frames, new Dan Paley Soulja frame, fresh colorways, their first rim and a new addition that we have a feeling everyone will be running if you have plastic bar ends. Ready? let’s take a look.
We have always seen unique colorway options available on BMX frames and parts, but it seems like lately we have seen some exceptionally unique colors that look amazing. Colony recently unveiled their 2016 line and one item in particular that really caught our eye is their new Tradition frame kit with their limited edition Firestorm colorway. This kid includes their new Tradition frame, Guardian fork, Roaster bars, Squarback top load stem, Colony Headset and adjustable headset spacer. We figured the color was more than enough to take a closer look. Let’s get into this!
It it time for a new BMX Frame? Have you given the Kink Titan frame in Albert Mercado‘s new signature Translucent Copper colorway a look yet? This frame is made from 100% Seamless 4130 Sanko chromoly tubing with a 75-degree head tube angle, 71-degree seat tube angle, 11.75″ bottom bracket height, 8.5″ stand over height and a 13.25″ (slammed) chain stay length. We have started to see mint popping up as a popular color again lately and it’s no surprise as to why… It looks great. Volume Bikes just released this very limited edition run of a Mint Chip colorway on their Bermuda frame. This has purple and black splatter all throughout making for a rad look. They have only produced 20 of these frames in 21″ and 20.75″ top tube lengths, so if you’re trying to get one… Tell your local BMX shop or favorite mail-order to get you one ordered up as soon as possible. These will go quick!
Time for a new frame? Have you seen the new Colony Monash frame that was just released? The Monash is Colony’s brand new team frame that starts out with full 4130 chromoly tubing, a 75.5-degree head tube angle, 70-degree seat tube angle, 11.5″ bottom bracket height, 9″ stand over height and 13.1″ chain stay length (slammed). The Monash features a heat-treated Hourglass head tube with gussets on the top and down tubes, dent resistant straight gauge top and down tubes, a heat-treated MID bottom bracket, removable seat post clamp, tapered seat and chain stays that are wider apart to fit 2.4″ tires, heat-treated 5mm thick CNC machined drop outs and removable brake mounts using Colony’s Investment Cast removable mounts.
