Kink – Saturday Selects: Chris Doyle Takes Some Slams

July 30, 2017

It’s not all too often that we see Chris Doyle crash, but every now and then he takes slams like the rest of us! Kink had Darryl Tocco go into the archives and pull out a few of the crashes Chris took while filming for their “Squash It” DVD back aroun 2012. It’s crazy how calm Chris stays even in the worst scenarios.

“Legendary Kink Pro Chris Doyle makes everything look like butter; but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t work for it! This weekends Saturday Selects features some not so characteristic Doyle clips from our “Squash It” DVD, cringingly handpicked by Darryl Tocco!” – Kink BMX

Scotty Cranmer – Wheel of Misfortune Strikes Again

July 30, 2017

If you caught the Scotty Cranmer BMX Jam Highlights video, you would have seen that a guy named Dan put together a crazy new wheel (and a higher quality) for games of “Wheel of Misfortune“. The crew decided not to waste any time and put this new contraption to good use for another round. Check out the action that went down and who took the win!

“This is an old time game we play on the channel! I invented this game for my friends to play and bring an extra challenge to our normal games. If you like the wheel of misfortune let u know. If you guys have any creative ideas with the wheel let us know!” – Scotty Cranmer

Banned 5 – Street Encounters

July 30, 2017

When the Banned crew were filming for their 5th full-length video, they managed to come across a bunch of hilarious clips from random people they encountered during their filming missions and the crew. There’s also plenty of rough crashes, slams and b-roll that didn’t make the cut in this as well. As always, the Banned crew take it in stride like it’s just another day.

“A compilation of random people and crashes filmed over the time of filming banned 5.”

Rob Ridge – Leftovers / Quality Seconds

July 29, 2017

The other week Rob Ridge put out his Might Be Something After All video that was packed full of amazing riding from Rob’s creative, unique and original approach to riding a BMX bike. It turns out that wasn’t all he had for clips in the file. Here’s three and a half minutes of leftovers that he didn’t use for the original video that still needed a home. These might be leftovers, but they’re nothing short of damn good. Check it!

The CMPNY – Cali Trip V2

July 29, 2017

Not a ton of information coming with this video, but it looks like The CMPNY crew took a trip out to California to spend some time riding Woodward West, street spots, trails and a bunch of different skateparks. Here is a look at the clips they stacked along the way!

Scotty Cranmer – A Random BMX Adventure

July 28, 2017

Scotty Cranmer coming through with a fresh video from a day of random BMX action with Big Boy and Cory Berglar. This one starts out with some windshield cleaning, followed by some…. “dirt jumps”… a little street and some grub. Take a peek!

“We went on a little adventure, Cory and the Big Boy came along with me we wondered the woods. We found some pretty weird things in the woods that looked to be constructed with some raw materials found around the area. Then we headed over to the back of a building to explore. After 20 mins we got kicked out by a man in a van! Then I made Cory eat meatless food! Enjoy! Like comment and subscribe! Also check the link below for some new MERCH! We just got new Scotty logo shirts and OBB shirts are almost gone!” – Scotty Cranmer

Animal Bikes – Back To The Brooklyn Banks

July 28, 2017

When you think of the Brooklyn Banks, it’s hard not to think about Animal Bikes. Over the years, the Animal team riders have left plenty of marks on the place over the years. As many of you know, the Brooklyn Banks were shut down for a few years due to construction in the area. The place is some what opened back up and the sessions have started firing back off there again. Here’s a fresh one courtesy of Ride BMX featuring some of the current Animal Bikes team getting down at the place. Plenty of dialed riding in this video! Check it!

“Those iconic red bricks and pillar wallrides of the Brooklyn Banks are legendary. The banks nestled underneath the Manhattan side of the Brooklyn Bridge are one of the most famous spots of all time and known the world over. Throughout the 80s and 90s the Banks were the staple NYC spot, and in 2004, the small side (upper banks) were shutdown by renovation. But the bigger, lower side of the Banks held strong until 2010, when the city temporarily took them over and closed them for use as a “staging area” for work on the bridge. They were supposed to be left untouched and reopened in 2014, but to this day, they are still closed (but thankfully, unchanged). However, with all the staging equipment cleared out and nothing but a fence—and the cops next door—standing between the best spot ever and a city full of riders, it was only a matter of time before someone was going to jump that fence and get their session on. Footage of rebel runs at the Banks has been showing up on social media a fair bit recently, so while I was back East recently with the Animal squad, I knew there was no better way to spend our Sunday than with a session at the Banks. Just to make it clear, the Banks are still not open, but once we were in there doing our thing it instantly felt like they were never even closed.
