Sunday Bikes – Brett Silva “Grow Up” Section
If you didn’t hear by now, Sunday Bikes have given Brett Silva the well deserved bump on up to the Pro Team! If you caught the Grow Up DVD, you would have saw that Brett’s section in the video also doubled as his Welcome to the Pro team video. Well, the guys at Sunday Bikes decided to upload Brett’s section online for everyone to enjoy! It’s safe to say that it’s easy to see just why Brett was given the bump up after you see this video. We HIGHLY suggest you pick up a copy of the full-length video that you can do a Digital Download for $5 or an actual DVD for $10 now.
“A conversation took place a couple of years ago between me and a few Sunday team riders. We were trying to decide if we should add Brett Silva to the team. At the time, it seemed like a great idea, and looking back, it’s crazy to think it was even a question. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – Brett is consistently the most positive and hyped member of the Sunday team (and we’ve got a lot of positive and hyped dudes in the squad). They say hindsight is 20/20, and I can confidently say getting Brett involved with Sunday was a superb decision.
Back in the spring of 2015, when I first asked Brett if he wanted to be on the Sunday AM team, he told me, “There’s nothing I want to do more.” It was the perfect answer, and he wasn’t kidding – Brett’s been beyond stoked to travel and film with Sunday, and it’s easy to tell if you’ve seen his incredible Grow Up part, which you can watch right now at the top of this page.
And now, we’re welcoming Brett to the pro team. It’s a well deserved move for Mr. Silva, and we’re all very excited for him to be an even bigger part of Sunday.” – Walter Pieringer, Sunday TM

Scotty Cranmer WALKS!
Here’s one we had a feeling we would be seeing sooner than later after a few of the recent Scotty Cranmer updates. To celebrate his 30th Birthday, his family threw a party at the rehab facility, and Scotty decided to surprise everyone with a look at his latest progress, which is being able to WALK with a walker! So stoked to see the progress Scotty has made since his crash! It’s only a matter of time before he’s back to riding, right?
“It’s Scotty’s B DAY, and we packed a little over 22 people into the rehab center and it was an awesome time. Towards the end Scotty shows us his awesome surprise. Every single day he is becoming a little less paralyzed. I don’t even see him as being paralyzed anymore because of how much progress he has made. Me being there since the day of the crash and Witnessing it, it makes me so happy to see how far he has come in such a short period of time.

Tempered – 2016 Filthy Drains Jam Highlights
The annual Filthy Drains Jam down in Australia has always been a good time, and it looks like this years jam was another damn good time! Here’s a video giving you a look at what went down on the different ramp and rail setups they built, along with some of the good times that were had off the bike… Well, except for the guy that got knocked out and had to take a ride in the ambulance to the hospital. Overall, it looks like it was another successful party! Check it out!
“The Tempered crew and the Fairfield locals know how to do it! They got busy and built a ghetto setup, hosted a few bands, got seriously loose on the wild obstacles and then, of course, burnt it to the ground. This harks back to FBM ghetto jam days and we love it. Doesn’t get much better, and looser than this. Here’s what the Tempered dudes had to say:
“For the 5th installment, the TMPRD crew, as well as the local Fairfield boys, put in a bunch of work to ready the drain for another day of BMX at it’s rawest.
With the help of local dudes ‘The Vessel’s’ on tunes, the hordes who showed up and the kindness of the weather gods, the day was a stoke fest for young and old.
Thanks to everyone who showed up to support BMX the way it should be, dirty, loose and fun as hell.
Thanks to Jerry Vandervalk for masterminding the whole project.
Filmed/edited – Mike Vockenson.
