Vans X Federal Bikes “Speed Dial”

April 8, 2021

Vans and Federal Bikes have teamed up to not only release this amazing new video featuring Dan Lacey, Bruno Hoffmann and Anthony Perrin slaying spots in Tenerife, but they also have a new Vans X Federal Old Skool Colorway that’s out now! Hit play and check out the video, then get a look at the shoes right here!

“To celebrate the Vans x Federal collection, riders Anthony Perrin, Bruno Hoffmann and Dan Lacey escaped winter with a week in the Island of Tenerife. The excursion capped a very unexpected 2020 and the much needed escape and reconnection of the team after such a long period apart inspired some heavy, creative riding. Not even the announcement that UK was about to return to lockdown, forcing the trip to be cut short could put a damper on the brief moment of collective good vibes. The shared time together reminded everyone that our family and friends are only a “Speed Dial” away.

Our House Road Trip

November 3, 2020

We’re not quite sure what Our House is, but we do know that they just dropped a heater featuring Bruno Hoffmann, Felix Prangenberg, Kilian Roth and Moritz Nussbaumer going to work on street spots across a few different cities around Germany! You better believe with a stacked line up like this, the riding is too good to miss! Hit play and take a look because it does NOT disappoint!

“In October 2020, OUR HOUSE sent three teams on a road trip through Germany: BMX, WAKEBOARD and PARKOUR. The teams were very busy producing awesome videos, but they also had a lot of fun. It all started in Frankfurt, the journey ended in “Kliemannsland” near Hamburg, where all three teams spent a great weekend together. It was a blast!” – Our House

Eclat BMX – Centric Pedals

July 21, 2020

Check out the new Centric Pedals from Eclat…

The crew over at Eclat have released their new Centric Pedals for you to get your feet on. These pedals are made from injection molded nylon and fiberglass with a larger platform that removes the traditional 15mm pedal wrench slot between the pedal body and your crank arms, moving the pedals in closer while giving you a little more wiggle room. The body has a concave shape and plenty of reinforced molded pins for grip. Since there is no slot for a pedal wrench, the pedals are tightened with a 6mm allen key through the crank arm on the chromoly spindle, eliminating the need for a pedal wrench. Inside you can find loose ball bearings keeping the pedals spinning. The Centric pedals are available in Black only with a weight of 14.6 oz. (415 grams) through BMX shops and mail-orders that carry Eclat worldwide now.

Ciao Crew – Bruno Hoffmann “Solitude”

June 9, 2020

It’s always a good day when Bruno Hoffmann has a new BMX video to check out! Here’s his latest for Ciao Crew from some of the sessions he has been getting in, in the streets of Frankfurt, Germany after the shutdown quieted the streets. Needless to say, Bruno took full advantage of the added room to work with! Hit play and enjoy!

“While the whole world was on pause during the Corona outbreak Bruno decided to make the best out of a bad situation and hit the empty streets of Frankfurt. Local regulations at that time only allowed groups of two persons interacting in public so while most of the population just stayed in, him and Merlin headed out into the almost abandoned city to enjoy the quietness of Frankfurt’s usually overcrowded street spots as well as the gems that were previously dubbed unrideable because of overzealous security guards and the resulting lack of time to be spent there. To say it with the words of Thomas Edison: „The best thinking has been done in solitude.“

Ciao Crew – HELLINIKON

March 24, 2020

It’s pretty wild that the Olympics for 2020 have been postponed until 2021. What’s also wild is seeing what old Olympic venues look like after things finish up and the event moves on to the next city. The Ciao Crew decided to take advantage of the abandoned Olympic stadium in Athens, Greece that was built back in 2004 and see what they could find for spots to ride. It’s safe to say the place is loaded with gems to ride and these guys had no issue stacking clips. Hit play and take a look at what the got into!

“With the 2020 Olympic Games officially being postponed to 2021 we present to you HELLINIKON. While BMX Park will be an official part of the next Games being held in Tokyo, Japan Bruno Hoffmann, Kilian Roth and Mo Nussbaumer teamed up with filmer Rich Forne and photographer Merlin Czarnulla to put a different spin on things and decided to reinterpret an existing leftover of the Olympic circus – the olympic canoe track of 2004.
After lying deserted for over 15 years in the birthplace of the Olympic Games the decaying canoe track now offers tons of possibilities to ride and film a BMX video.

Getting the clips they desired turned out to be quite a challenge due to heavy security surveillance of the Olympic venue and resulted in a week long game of cat and mouse with the local security guards patrolling the premisses 24/7.
The riders & media crew made the best out of this tense situation by figuring out a way to still be productive while constantly being on the edge hiding from security. At times it felt more like a real-life hide and seek rather than a regular session with the homies but that made things quite interesting to say the least.

A huge shout out to Red Bull Germany for their support and making this project a reality.

There is an in-depth article about HELLINIKON over on the RedBull website!“- Ciao Crew

Obviously this a list of heavy hitters, and we really haven’t seen too many BMX videos out of Peru, so the spots are pretty untapped. Add in Rich Forne behind the lens and you have a combination that makes for an absolute MUST SEE BMX VIDEO. Strap on the breathing mask and hit play!

“Welcome to Lima, Peru’s capital city.
Dubbed “The Grey” by the locals because of its misty weather conditions, Lima is a vibrant maze of immaculate street spots.
