Charles LittleJohn – The Introduction

March 14, 2016

We have been seeing Charles LittleJohn‘s name popping up more and more lately, and it’s obvious as to just why… The guy is an absolute shredder. DIG just dropped this banger of of a video featuring Charles putting in some serious work out on every spot from rails and ledges to massive stair sets. This guy has that effortless style that makes things look easy… The ender to this video is absolute FIRE. Hit play and enjoy!

“We’re psyched to be able to premiere this new gem from Charles LittleJohn and the camera of Kelly Bolton! Charles is unreal…

“When I first met Charles, I immediately could see he had a gift for riding. He would be casually doing these crazy tricks on a manual pad or a ledge in Venice and it just blew my mind how good he made each trick look. I was also hyped that he’s from my hometown of Venice Beach which if you didn’t know doesn’t have very many locals. Eventually we started filming and I started hitting him up to ride with LAX. The kid is so chill and down to earth that everyone took to him super fast. You can see him get some shine in our recent Weekenz edits, but he’s never had a full web part to himself. Thus the title “The Introduction” this is essentially the first look most people will have on Charles specificly and I couldn’t be more hyped on his first go at it. Thanks to FitBikes, Animal, PeepGame, TheeBlock, OSS for hooking him up and noticed the same thing we did. Cheers!” -Kelly Bolton

Fly Bikes – Sergio Layos 2016 Video

March 11, 2016

If you saw one or all the teasers dropping online this past week for Sergio Layos‘ new Fly Bikes video, you were probably anxiously waiting for today all week. Now the video is hear and damn is it good! Sergio Layos brings his classic speed and style to everything he touches and this BMX video came out so good. Absolute MUST SEE.

“It must be the upbringing, the culture, the vibe or just a different overall outlook on life and riding, but somehow the riders that Spain breeds have shaped a style that others aspire to emulate. Sergio Layos is at the forefront of this with unique simplicity, speed and being almost ‘as one’ with the bike’s synergy, epitomising this generations’ riders and those that came before him with his pure ‘Suave estilo’.

“I’m super stoked with the result of this, my latest Flybikes video, filmed by Hugo Almeida. Hugo and I have been friends since the early contest days in Portugal and it’s amazing to be able to work with him. Stefan Lantschner and Courage Adams were also on hand to help film, riding some amazing terrain in Catalonia where we spent a few days on some of my favourite spots in the country. Included are also clips from Malaga where I ran into Hugo by accident! The whole video was filmed in less than a week and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Hope you guys like it as much as I do.” – Sergio Layos

Relic – Chad Osburn & Ashley Charles: Bros in a Bowl

March 10, 2016

Double whammy from Chad Osburn for you today! Earlier we got a BIKE CHECK, now we get some fresh footage of Chad and Ashley Charles cruising a bowl for Relic! If you love style, you will be stoked on this BMX video! Check it!

“What is Relic? Find out here and then give this belter a watch. Ashley Charles and Chad Osburn roasting the hell out of some fast concrete fun. Simple and classic.

“We believe it’s the overall feel of a video that gives you that urge to pick up your bike and go shred as soon as it’s finished. I know personally there aren’t too many videos or edits these days that give me that feeling. One could say it’s a little over saturated with the focus or goal seemingly being on the wrong thing. This video doesn’t have some crazy new technical trick that you have never seen before or some dude doing a 360 down one more stair than the video you watched yesterday. Don’t get me wrong that stuff is sweet and has it’s place but this seems to be the dominant factor in most online videos these days. We picked a song that we thought was fast paced and that makes you wanna roast higher and pedal faster. Then we picked a couple cement bowls we knew we would have a fun time riding. With those two things decided upon not even some high speed winds or Chad taking a harsh slam could slow us down.” Relic

Volume – Drew Hosselton: Arizona Highways

March 9, 2016

There’s no denying that Drew Hosselton has an amazing eye for unique and creative spots, and his ability to ride those spots is like no other. Here’s his latest video for Volume Bikes that is packed full of amazing spots from all around Arizona and dialed riding for your viewing pleasure! Hit play and take it all in!

“Drew Hosselton’s Arizona Highways video project was a labor of love produced by his good friend Greg Moliterno, who was more than down for the mission to scour the roadways of Arizona in search of fresh spots. In the social media age that’s upon us, it is almost unheard of to spend over a year collecting footage for an online video, and it’s even less common to see the sort of miles logged by this pair in the process. While Drew described the project as “definitely all about the journey.” the final product is an absolute treat and sure to be on repeat amongst spot connoisseurs and inspiring others to take off on some road trips of their own.

Mother City Street – Murray Loubser

March 1, 2016

Here’s a dialed new one featuring Murray Loubser absolutely slaying street spots down in South Africa! This is one of those BMX videos where everything from the riding to the spots and film work are so good. You gotta take a look!

“Murray Loubser hails from the small fishing village of Gansbaai, off the beautiful East coast of South Africa, the type of place where everyone knows everyone. Murray learnt everything he knows on a bike from riding his neighbours driveways everyday. For this edit, he commuted down the coast and met up with Cape Town based filmer, Kevin Schnider to create this excellent all-street edit in and around the Mother City of South Africa. Murray ain’t scared of a big stairset of two!” – DIG[Read more…]

This dude is a thousand laughs a minute and we couldn’t have had more fun travelling with Jeff on some of these trips. Ender Ender – Van Homan “Holy Fit”

February 26, 2016

If you have seen Van Homan‘s section in the Fit Bike Co. “Holy Fit” DVD, you undoubtably have seen the insane grind gap over grind that he did to wrap things up. What you probably didn’t know is that clip was years in the making. Get a little insight from Van on just how long it took and what motivated him to get it done first try when he got the chance!

Want to watch Van’s “Holy Fit” section? Watch it here: Fit Bike Co. – Van Homan “Holy Fit”

“Van Homan has done it all and since the early days of Seek and Destroy and Anthem he’s been a figure head behind sending it in the streets. How many other people have been putting out consistently crazy video parts for almost twenty years?! It’s no surprise then that we have a second Ender Ender feature with Van, this time from last year’s Holy FIT DVD and that bonkers up rail to gap over pegs into the bank. No one does it like Van…” – DIG
