Haro In Central Mexico

May 9, 2017

A few weeks back, the Haro Bikes team ventured south of the border to central Mexico to see what it had to offer for spots. Below you can find the video giving you a damn good look at what they came across for spots and how hyped the locals were at the shop stops. This is packed full of incredible riding from Dennis Enarson, Tyler Fernengel, Mike Gray, Chad Kerley and Matthias Dandois. The film work was handled by Christian Rigal and turned out absolutely phenomenal, too. Everything about this BMX video is a MUST SEE! Enjoy!

“On arrival into Mexico we were surprised with a full schedule of 8 shop shops in 7 days. Finding spare time to actually ride our bikes became a challenge. Somehow with a crew like this, the good weather and amazing spots equaled quality footage and a video to add to the collection.

Thank you to Xtreme Bike distribution for taking good care of us.

This is pretty awesome and we’re sure plenty of you Mid / Old School guys will be real stoked on this one. Haro Bikes have released Ryan Nyquist‘s new signature Jackhammer 4-Piece Bars for you to get your hands on! These bars are based off the originals from the late 90’s / early 00’s, but with modern geometry. The bars are made from full 4130 chromoly with three rise options; 8.5″, 9″ and 9.5″. All three sizes have 10-degrees of backsweep and 3-degrees of upsweep. Based off the photo we would assume they have a 28″ width. Haro Bikes – 2018 Mirra Pro Tribute Bike

February 23, 2017

The first look at the 2018 Mirra Pro Tribute Bike from Haro Bikes!

Haro Bikes 2018 Mirra Pro Tribute Bike BMX

Here’s one we’ve been waiting to see! Haro Bikes have just released details on the Dave Mirra 2018 Mirra Pro Tribute bike that they have been working on! This bike turned out absolutely phenomenal and Haro did such an amazing job with the details on this bike. You can get more info on the bike below!

“There are no two ways about it: Dave Mirra was the spark that revitalized Haro in the mid 1990s. Gone were the days of Bob Haro and Ron Wilkerson behind the brand’s direction — it was now Dave Mirra and Ryan Nyquist designing complete bikes that were affordable, high quality and available worldwide to a new legion of BMX fans. A few years later, the X Games hit, and suddenly, Dave Mirra’s signature Haro was on every TV screen of an ESPN subscriber, and demand for his signature bikes and components sky rocketed.

Mirra remained an esteemed member of the Haro team through the end of 2006, and then started his own brand, Mirraco, for the remainder of his BMX career. But the majority of Mirra’s accomplishments at the top of the sport were done on a signature Haro, and it’s where most of us remember him best.

Now, to honor Dave Mirra, Haro is releasing a 2017 tribute Dave Mirra bike, with a bulk of the sales proceeds going directly to the Mirra family. It is but one more way for BMX to continually honor the life, legacy and greatness of Dave Mirra, and all that he gave to his family, friends and BMX as a whole. And it’s proof positive that the memory of Dave Mirra will remain with all of us for a long time to come.”

The 2018 Mirra Pro Tribute Bike comes in 20.5″ only, weighs in at 26.5 lbs. and has a $799.99 price tag.

You can learn more about this bike on the Haro Bikes website.

Jason Watts brings the style in his new Haro Bikes video!

When you see Jason Watts‘ name pop up, you should definitely get excited because it always means you’re in for some wild riding. Here’s his latest BMX video for Haro Bikes that’s packed with ridiculous riding from wallride to flairs, those crazy nac-nac hang fives he does, big blasted airs out of bowls and quarter pipes and style for miles! As expected, Jason did NOT disappoint and this is one you do NOT want to pass up! Enjoy!

“Jason Watts blasts off in San Diego! Any rider who hauls ass on his way into deep concrete bowls is going to be an instant favorite here at DIG. And wait to you see THAT 360 he starts a line off with, it’s just straight up awesome. Speed, style, and the the tricks to complete the package. Decade to manual and hanger to 180 lookback shouldn’t look so easy. Easily one of the top videos of the year.
