If you aren’t familiar with Kink‘s young gun connect Casey Starling, you need to put him on your radar ASAP. Casey is an absolute shredder and there’s no doubt that he’ll be making some big waves in the future. Here’s a short but sweet video Kink just dropped as Casey got down on some of the skateparks and spots that Kink’s home base of Rochester, New York had to offer.

Kink BMX – 2017 Solace III Frame

The 3rd version of Tony Hamlin‘s signature Solace frame from Kink has arrived. The Solace III is made from 100% seamless Sanko 4130 chromoly tubing with a 75.5-degree head tube angle, 71-degree seat tube angle, 11.75″ bottom bracket height, 8.75″ standover height and a 13.2″ chainstay length (slammed). You can find an Integrated head tube, gusset on the down tube, internally and externally machined Mid bottom bracket, an integrated seat post clamp, curved bridges and a wide rear end for larger 2.40″ tires and CNC machined 14mm dropouts with integrated chain tensioners.

The 2017 Solace III frame comes in 20″, 20.5″, 20.75″ and 21.15″ top tube lengths with color options of ED black, translucent gold and translucent black with gold splashes and a weight of 4 lbs. 14 oz. (20.5″)

Kink In Mexico Flyer

It looks like some of the Kink squad will be heading south to Mexico to spend some time cruising the spots and doing a shop visit in Monterrey in November! Above is the flyer and below is a few more details! If you’re in the area, make sure you mark the calendar. This is going to be a good time!
