Shawn McIntosh Broken Leg Fund

Here’s some bummer news! Shawn McIntosh broke his leg and is in need of some financial help! Unfortunately being a pro rider doesn’t come with health insurance, so he’s stuck trying to raise $50,000 to cover his bills! You can donate and find out more on his GOFUND ME PAGE.

“So I broke my leg and had to have surgery, I got a metal plate in my leg now. And these medical bills are killing me. I don’t have health insurance and I don’t qualify for Oregon health care. So here I am begging for help from all my loved ones. Anything. And I mean anything will help me. I’m trying to stay positive and happy but this is really overwhelming. And I thank you in advance for your help and generosity !!!”

In The Cut – LA Filming Mission with Monster Energy

Remember when the Monster Energy crew rolled through Los Angeles a month or two back and they ended up with the BMX Day 2016 #BEAPARTOFIT promo? Well, here’s a behind the scenes look at what went down when they were filming for for it from the riding to what the guys were getting into off their bikes. Take a peek!

Fit Bike Co. – Holla Wood

Fit Bike Co. coming through with a dialed ne BMX video featuring their whole crew getting down on spots around Hollywood. As expected with a heavy squad like this, there was plenty of amazing riding on all the spots they came across. Hit play and take it all in!

“It had been a minute since we had the PRO squad in one spot, so we decided to get the dudes together to shoot the shit and mob around LA for a few days in May.

Since this sort of thing doesn’t happen all the time, we enlisted Jeff Z. to shoot some stills and Scott Marceau to make moving pictures.

We weren’t trying to invite anybody to “Bangerville” with this one, but a few days in Hollyweird with the boys went down a treat. The takeaway from our pow wow was that we should pow wow more often, which means the FIT van may be showing up at spots near you soon – so keep ’em peeled.

Shout out to Mr. Marceau for capturing the crew!

Fit Bike Co. have released the second version of Shawn McIntosh‘s signature Mac BMX frame! The Mac V2 is made right here in the U.S.A from 4130 chromoly with a 75-degree head tube angle, 71-degree seat tube angle, 11.65″ bottom bracket height, 9″ standover height and a 13.35″ – 13.775″ chainstay length. The frame features an engraved Script logo on the Integrated head tube, gussets on the top and down tubes with an embossed Script logo, a butted top tube, straight gauge down tube to help resist denting, a butted seat tube, straight gauge single-bend an tapered chain stays, straight gauge ultra tapered seat stays, curved bridges for 2.40″ tire clearance, an integrated seat post clamp, removable brake mounts and 4Q Baked 14mm dropouts designed to fit 34mm and larger pegs.
