Freestyle BMX Tricks With Marshmello
Here’s a video we did NOT see coming. The Marshmello Youtube channel just dropped a new video featuring Larry Edgar and the world famous DJ catching some riding time at a skatepark out in California. This is a pretty wild considering Marshmello’s Youtube channel has 44 million subscribers, so that’s going to put BMX and Larry in front of a lot of new eyes. We’re not sure how this all came about, but it turned out pretty rad. Hit play and check out this video since it’s loaded with some great riding and we’re sure some of you will be digging the music, too.
What do you think of the video? Who would have known the Marshmello could throwdown on a BMX bike, haha.
Matthias Dandois – Covid-19 BMX Workout
Looking for a good BMX workout?
If you’re stuck inside and can’t ride due to quarantine or mandatory shelter rules in place to reduce the spread of the Coronvirus, you’re probably looking for ways to stay active. Matthias Dandois decided to put together a video where he shows the BMX workout he has been doing for the past few years to help him not only stay in shape, but improve his riding as well. This isn’t riding, but it should help out! Grab a yoga mat, hit play and follow along! We would imagine this is probably a lot of stuff he learned from those high end trainers Red Bull athletes get.
“We can all agree this Covid-19 situation sucks.
And staying home is the best thing you can do right now.
BUT! Staying home does NOT mean sit on your couch and stare at your phone.
I have had a workout routine the past 3 years that has helped me becoming a better BMX rider, preventing injuries and most of all staying in good shape.
I feel like this is the perfect time to share it with you.
Don’t hesitate to ask me any questions in the comments.
Stay safe, Stay home.
Much Love, Matthias.” – Matthias Dandois
Check out Matthias’ Instagram for a look at what this helps him don.
What do you do for a BMX workout when you can’t ride? Anything in particular you have done that has made riding better / easier for you? Let us know what you have for tips in the comments below!
