Colony coming through with a new Bike Check with Alex Hiam and his brand new 2017 Sweet Tooth setup that he is running. It looks like he has a gone with a colorful mix of colors between his frame, the Griplock tire with the swirls and Green Storm colored Contour rim. The 2017 complete bikes have arrived from Colony BMX. We figured you might be curious what Alex Hiam‘s signature Sweet Tooth Pro was looking like for this year, so here’s a closer look! The 2017 Sweet Tooth Pro starts out with a full 4130 chromoly frame with a 75.2-degree head tube angle, 71-degree seat tube angle, 8.5″ standover height, 13.25″ chainstay length and a 20.7″ top tube length. The frame features an Integrated head set, Mid bottom bracket, clearance for 2.40″ tires and removable brake mounts. The Sweet Tooth fork is a fully heat-treated chromoly fork with a 1-piece CNC machined steerer tube and a tapered legs. The bars are also full chromoly with a 9″ rise and 29.5″ width. The rest of the bike is decked out with Colony parts from top to bottom!

Here’s a rad video that was put together from the rail / box jam that The Village threw . Most of the session went on Shadow Coffin, but there were a few Subrosa Street Rail clips for good measure, plus a couple crazy clips from inside the park. Take a peek!

Alex Hiam keeping the steady flow of BMX videos on his Youtube channel. Today, he dropped a new video featuring himself and Tim Storey having a super productive two hour session at the Fairfield Skatepark. Alex pulled out the GoPro to collect the clips and ended up with this! Between Alex and Tim’s styles of riding, we get a good balance of park and street riding styles. Check it!
