Scotty Cranmer – The Hardest Grind Ever

There are not too many tricks that Scotty Cranmer doesn’t have completely dialed in, but it turns out he struggles with crank arm grinds. Here’s a video of Scotty, Matty Cranmer and Dom Simoncini figuring it out and trying to send it down the kinked rail at the Incline Club. Check out what went down and who pulled it off! Note: This video was filmed the day before Scotty went to Las Vegas, where he took the crash that landed him in the hospital.

“Ok guys so I have been avoiding this trick for some time now. Matty, Dom, and I decided tonight was the night we battled out the trick called a crank arm. We had all the boys there firing us up and a lot of action going on in the background. This is what BMX is all about just having fun with all of your friends and learning new things. This is our last video before we head off to VEGAS!”

Empire – Texas Toast Sesh

No, unfortunately this isn’t news that the Texas Toast Jam is happening again, but there is a field out in Texas that still holds the ramps from the last one. Empire dropped this video from a session Jake Conard and Ryan Lamont had on the ramps that were part of one of the best BMX contests out there. DIG Brewery Jam 2016 Highlights

Last weekend, the crew over at DIG threw a jam inside of a beer brewery over in the U.K thanks to the help of a couple sponsors. They had a tight course built with a few ledges, rails and a quarterpipe built and let some AM’s and Pro’s go to town on it. This was definitely more about the fun than who could win, I mean Ed Zunda walked away with a big check for $0, haha. Check out the highlights!

“We really wanted that D.I.Y feel to the first DIG jam but at the same time we didn’t want people driving across the country and turning up at a flat rail in a field. We met up with some friends, worked together with WETHPEOPLE and linked up with supporting sponsors Cult, BSD, Animal, Source BMX and etnies and together we dreamed small and drank big. Over a two week period we put together a street course in an incredible tight room and still had room for an exhibition from DIG legend photo guy Ricky Adam. People got loose, the AM riders went in, the PRO’s went heavy and the one and only Darryl Nau lit the place up (although he was looking a little bit ropey on this occasion, it could have been the effects of a heavily discounted presenters rate). We love the North of England and to celebrate we had video screenings of our favorite BMX DVD’s including Attila Hit The Switch, Tomorrow We Work, Voices and NSF. Later that night we held a BMX pub quiz which was one of the most hilarious things to happen, even if a few of the pub locals didn’t have a clue what we were on about.”

Money For Trick 2016 – Official Teaser

It’s that time of the year again! The Money For Trick contest will be heading back to the Skatepark of Malaga on October 29th with stacks of cash to give out to everyone who shows up and throws down! Check out the teaser above for an idea of what’s to come and more details and photos below! If you can make it to this one, make sure you do it! You won’t be disappointed!

“This year MFT will be in Ruben Skatepark in Málaga, October 29. We will ride in Bowl, street and dirt… but this year we have the M.O.R (Money Obstacles Race) as new. One vs one and the winner in each round wins 5€ hahaha
Riders like Kevin Kalkoff, Greg Illingworth, Jason Eustathiou and Ruben Alcantara will be there to having fun with the guys…”

Wethepeople – Alon Kosoy In Montreal

Montreal has been a hot spot for BMX this past year and it’s easy to see why, the place has endless spots. Wethepeople‘s connect Alon Kosoy was liking what he was seeing, so he hopped a plane over and took a look for himself.
